He completed his studies in Medical School of Thessaly in 2014. He then specialised in Gastroenterology at the University General Hospital of Heraklion, Crete. During his residency, he actively participated in research projects, while teaching students of the University of Crete and the ERASMUS PROGRAMME.
After completing his residency, he stayed at the University General Hospital of Heraklion for two years. During his stay, he was able to further enhance his experience in clinical and interventional gastroenterology.
